Diandre Tristan Sends Cease and Desist to Tasha K Over Nicki Minaj Theft Claims

Celebrity stylist Diandre Tristan has officially had enough. The well-known stylist, who’s worked with some of the biggest names in music, sent Tasha K a cease and desist letter after she accused him of theft involving Nicki Minaj.

According to the legal document, Tristan’s lawyers called Tasha K’s posts “false and defamatory,” demanding she immediately remove the content and issue a public apology. The letter claims her statements were “malicious and reckless,” and warns that failure to comply could lead to a defamation lawsuit seeking “compensatory and punitive damages.”

The controversy started earlier this week when Tasha K posted screenshots on social media claiming Nicki Minaj had filed a police report against Tristan, accusing him of stealing money. She even labeled him a “thief” in her caption and urged celebrities to “hide your purses.”

But Tristan’s team says those accusations are completely false. The letter also pointed out that Tasha should know better; referencing her past bankruptcy case tied to another defamation judgment. Tasha, known for never backing down, addressed the cease and desist in her latest YouTube video. She read sections of the letter aloud, saying she’s not intimidated and plans to continue investigating the story. “I don’t have any issue with him,” she said. “I just found out, and I’m following the paper trail.”

In the same video, Tasha mentioned that Nicki Minaj allegedly told her she had filed a police report and that more names could surface soon.
