Benzino Responds to 50 Cent’s Freestyle Diss With Boxing Challenge and Family Drama Callout

50 Cent may have just reignited another old-school beef, and this time it’s with Boston’s own Benzino. The drama started when 50 reposted a freestyle video of Benzino rapping shirtless outside with a dangling mic, clowning him in the caption: “Yo this is the worst sh*t I heard this year… he 60 years old bro. Nah this ain’t it!”

Social media ran with it, mocking Benzino’s bars and performance—but Zino wasn’t about to stay quiet. He fired back with a lengthy Instagram video where he vented, dragged 50, and threw in a few wild challenges.

In the video, Benzino said he was just “minding his business” while posting a clip of his song “YNZ.” But when he saw that Curtis reposted it, he claimed 50 was really a fan in disguise.

Then he flipped the table—calling out 50 for his public parenting struggles and his son’s mother, Daphne Joy, who was previously tied to Sean “Diddy” Combs in court documents earlier this year.
“You need to explain to Bruce Leroy [Sire] why Sleaze, Diddy, and a bunch of nas were slutting around,”* Zino said, taking a direct jab at 50’s family life.

He didn’t stop there. Benzino:
•    Challenged 50 to a three-round celebrity boxing match
•    Called out 50’s fashion, saying he’s always dressed like a “Hooters-type”
•    Clowned his hairline and fitted hats
•    Claimed “word on the street” is 50 be “coming up short”
•    Took credit for having “motion” at age 60, pointing out his movie TKO is a top film on Tubi

Zino also told fans to get ready for “YNZ” to hit all platforms soon and doubled down on being unbothered by haters commenting under his posts.

“Let’s see if some of y’all can even do this,” he said, flexing his physique and passion like it’s 2003 again.
