From the same director of Midsommar and Hereditary, Eddington is set during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic and follows a “standoff between a small town sheriff and mayor”.

In the film, Stone stars as Louise, the wife of the town’s sheriff, who falls down a conspiracy theory rabbit hole when she meets a guru.

Alongside Stone, the film also features The Last Of Us star Pedro Pascal, Joker star Joaquin Phoenix, Elvis star Austin Butler and Yellowstone star Luke Grimes, among others.

It appears Butler and Pascal weren’t able to attend the Hollywood premiere but Stone was joined by some of her other co-stars.
