Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot. Secretary Rubio reaffirmed the centrality of the U.S.-France alliance to the security and prosperity of the American people. He and Foreign Minister Barrot celebrated the depth of our global cooperation and explored ways to further the U.S.-France partnership through close collaboration and consultation on shared priorities, including defense spending.
