Tara Reid speaks out after her drink was spiked at US hotel
American Pie actress Tara Reid has spoken out after her drink was spiked at a hotel in the US.
The actress was seen nearly unconcious at the hotel in Chicago on Sunday night, with a video of the incident leaking to TMZ.
A group of people can be seen trying to place her into a wheelchair.
The actress was in a fur coat and had dishevelled hair, with one arm wrapped around a man with her head burried into his shoulder.
Once in the chair, the actress began mumbling. As she was being pushed through the lobby her body goes limp and she falls halfway out of the chair.
Reid has since told the media outlet she had checked into her room at the hotel before going downstairs for a cigarette and a drink.
She said she ordered her drink at the bar and went outside to smoke when she ran into a group of YouTubers.

One of them joined her outside to smoke and she headed back inside.
The Sharknado star told TMZ that when she returned to the bar, her glass of wine was covered with a napkin, which she had not put there.
Reid says she took the napkin off the glass and drank her wine.
The next thing she can remember is being in hospital.

“Without finishing my drink, I just passed out. Before I knew it, I was at the hospital, eight hours later,” she told TMZ Live.
“It’s really scary… You have to really be careful with your drink. [The hospital] said, ‘You got drugged last night at the bar.'”
Reid has dealt with substance abuse issues in the past, although she was adamant she only had one drink on Sunday.
The actress gained noterarity in the 1990s and early 2000s, and is best known for her role as Vicky Lathum in the American Pie films.
She also stared as April Wexler in the Sharknado television film series as well as other roles on soap operas Days of Our Lives and Saved by the Bell: The New Class.
