KELLY ROWLAND CELEBRATES SON TITAN’S 11TH BIRTHDAY AT DISNEYLAND
Kelly Rowland and husband Tim Weatherspoon made sure their son Titan Jewell’s 11th birthday was a day to remember.

The Grammy winner shared a glimpse into the family celebration on Instagram, writing, “11.. how did we get here. Happy birthday my love,” adding, “Special thanks to @disneyland @disneyparks for making my baby’s day so special.”
In a short clip, the family of four posed together inside Disneyland, soaking up the fun. The singer and actress also posted an adorable shot of 4-year-old Noah proudly wearing a T-shirt with his big brother’s photo printed on the back.

Fans were treated to a quick video of Titan blowing out candles on a Lakers-themed cake while his parents clapped and cheered. The carousel also featured throwback photos of Titan through the years, including baby pictures and a smiling selfie with his superstar mom.
The Mea Culpa actress has never been shy about how motherhood changed her life. Shortly after Titan was born, she told People Magazine that the “most surprising” part of becoming a mom was discovering “… how much joy he has given” her. “When he laughed for the first time, I cried,” she said. “It was the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard.”

The proud mom has since shared more about parenting, telling Kindred By PARENTS in October 2023 that her goal is to raise confident sons. “I just want to get this right. I want to really be a part of bringing some really amazing young men forth into the world. That was my only prayer. My only prayer was to have really great young Black men in this world who were sure of themselves and didn’t have to be told who they were,” she explained. “I really cared about that because the narrative is tough as it is.”
In 2024, she reflected again on finding joy in the everyday moments. “Let’s be lost in their interests and the things that bring them joy. Let’s have joy with them about it,” the mother-of-two told People Magazine. “I’ll sit out here and watch [Titan] do basketball or do whatever it is that he loves so much because I want him to know that I see it. It’s wonderful.”
Still, even the most devoted moms need a balance. During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in January, the former Destiny’s Child member joked that her husband encouraged her to ease up a little. “I had to pull back from some of the games,” she admitted. “I’m the spirited mom.”
