Hunxho is speaking out after a video of his father driving for Uber hit the internet.

On Tuesday, the “By Tomorrow” rapper clapped back at trolls on Twitter after a TikTok user shared a clip of his dad proudly showing a rider childhood photos of Hunxho and pictures of his son, Xhosen, born in 2022. The video was captioned, “POV Hunxho dad’s is your Uber driver.”

Some questioned why the millionaire performer would have his father working as a rideshare driver. Hunxho addressed the situation head-on, emphasizing his commitment to his family while respecting his father’s independence. He also touched on the fact that his dad didn’t raise him, though he doesn’t hate him for it.

“My pops his own man he choose to do what he want to do. Was he around? No. I was raised by all women. Do I hold dat against him? No. Still, bought him what he asked for, a new Cadillac truck, way before dat old a*s video came out. I don’t owe no [ninja emoticon] nun. I take care ALL my people,” he wrote.

To silence critics, Hunxho shared a video showing the Cadillac he gifted his father, along with footage of the heartfelt moment.
