Turk Addresses Birdman’s Cash Money Verzuz Comments
Hot Boy Turk is sharing his thoughts about the Cash Money vs. No Limit Verzuz following Birdman’s nasty comments about him onstage.

Turk explained in an interview with The Streetz Morning Takeover that his absence was simple: “I wasn’t invited. I don’t go where I ain’t invited, and I don’t stay where I’m not welcome.”
The rapper also addressed Birdman’s sharp remarks during the event, calling them a unique form of “strange love.”
He emphasized that he understood Birdman’s comments were meant more as banter within their circle than a true diss.
“People don’t understand our language, our slanguage. A lot of people probably took that as a diss, but I didn’t. That’s just how we talk,” he added. However, he directly addressed Bridman claiming he would only deal with Turk on his terms.
“You can’t mess with me when you want to…I’m out getting my bag,” Turk said.
While Turk was absent from the official Verzuz lineup, he hosted his own watch party at Houston’s Shades of Bleu Lounge and performed his verses that were omitted.
Turk also weighed in on Lil Wayne’s absence, but admitted he was clueless as to why Weezy was not there.
“I don’t know. I’m minding my business, man. I’m minding the business that pay me,” he firmly stated.
The tension between Turk and Birdman is not new. Turk previously filed a lawsuit after being removed from the Cash Money Millionaires’ 30th Anniversary Tour for refusing a reduced payout, claiming the promoters owed him approximately $300,000.
Even with the past conflicts, Turk remains focused on his career.
“It’s all love,” he said. “I’m doing what I’m doing, and I wish them nothing but success.”
During the Verzuz, Birdman singled out Turk while praising other Cash Money artists.
“Shoutout to Turk. You a little b***h. You ain’t here, but f**k you. We gon’ f**k with you when we want to f**k with you,” Birdman said.
The other members of the Hot Boys have not commented on Turk’s remarks.
