Ambassador Joseph Yun has been appointed Chargé d’Affaires, ad interim, at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul. He previously served as U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Compact Negotiations, U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy, and Ambassador to Malaysia. He previously served at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul.
